Explore data & scopeConfigured SAP Business One Service Layer reads support customer, product and price-list masters, plus sales reporting. Agree the company database, permissions and reporting scope before rollout. This is a specific Business One integration, not a connector for every SAP product.
Record ownership and direction are defined below. No universal two-way sync is implied.
Representatives need consistent customer codes across office and field records.
Product and price-list updates should come from the business system that maintains them.
Managers need sales context alongside visit and follow-up activity.
Each row is a separate scope decision. Supported workflows still require configuration; proposed records require assessment and implementation.

An authorised Service Layer account supplies configured read workflows. Master synchronisation and sales reporting have separate scopes. Sales reads use verified TLS; network access, certificates and the reporting method must be checked. Scheduling depends on the configured job and must not be interpreted as universal real-time synchronisation.
A representative opens a customer whose code and product context came from Business One, then records a visit and next action in SalesTOS. A manager reviews the field activity alongside imported sales reporting.
The visit stays in SalesTOS. Capturing an order or collection does not automatically create a Business One financial document.
Use an authorised setup process for credentials. The enquiry form does not request passwords or API secrets.
Existing integration jobs and error records provide operational history. Read-only master updates preserve local assignments and follow-up context. Retry behaviour depends on the job; review a failed run before requeueing. Agree stale-data monitoring and reconciliation during setup.
No. This page covers Business One Service Layer workflows. Other SAP products require separate assessment.
No automatic payment or journal posting is established by this read scope.
The read-only master workflow preserves SalesTOS assignment and follow-up fields. Mapping still needs a pilot review.
No. A suitable receivables feed, its dates and reconciliation rules must be assessed separately.
Business One edition, version and company database; Enabled Service Layer and authorised read access; Sample customer, item, price-list and sales records; Test environment, valid certificates and a technical owner.
