A clearer working day

From your team’s first check-in to your daily business overview.

01 / Getting started

Get your team ready.

Choose the workflow first. Then prepare the people, customer records and access that make it useful.

  1. 01

    Choose the right package

Start with your daily workflow: field attendance and visits, sales orders, collections, or a combination. Compare the current package features before choosing. Explore the workflow options.

  2. 02

    Set up your company

Share your company name, contact details and team size. A demo request starts a conversation with SalesTOS; it does not create employee accounts. For online signup, complete the company and administrator details in the existing signup flow.

  3. 03

    Add your people and customers

Your administrator creates employee accounts and assigns roles and reporting managers. Configure customer ownership and territories for the people doing the work. Agree the customer-data setup with SalesTOS; do not assume a demo request imports it.

  4. 04

    Get ready for daily work

Confirm the selected package and enabled modules, then check employee sign-in, assigned customers and manager access. Use the demo to agree your rollout requirements and any assistance needed before the team starts.

02 / A day in the field

See how your team works every day.

Follow an illustrative working day, from the first attendance record to the next customer follow-up.

A / Start

Start the day with a clear plan.

Give each employee a practical starting point: their attendance, assigned customers and the visits planned for them.

Employee
Signs in, starts the day and reviews the customers and planned visits available to their account.
Recorded
Attendance timing and location data, where required, are kept with the employee’s activity. Planned visits retain their customer, owner and planned time.
Manager
Can review attendance and assigned field activity within their permitted team scope.

B / Visit

Make every customer visit useful.

Keep the conversation connected to the customer record, so the next interaction starts with context.

Employee
Opens the customer, checks in for the visit and adds a useful visit note before checking out.
Recorded
The customer, employee, visit status, check-in and check-out details, and visit notes form the activity record.
Manager
Can review which visits were recorded and read the available notes, subject to access. A visit record does not by itself confirm a sale.

Customer context travels with the work

A useful visit record connects the person, the customer and what happened—so follow-up does not depend on memory.

C / Act

Capture orders and collection updates.

Two different customer conversations, with their own records and review steps. Availability follows your package and permissions.

Turn the requirement into an order.

Sales workflow · review the current Sales and All-in-One features

Employee
Selects the customer, adds available products and quantities, and submits the order.
Recorded
The order links its customer, line items and quantities to the submitting employee.
Manager
Can review submitted orders in the sales views they are allowed to access. Fulfilment and delivery remain separate business steps.

Record the payment. Keep its status clear.

Collection workflow · review the current Collection and All-in-One features

Employee
Reviews customer outstanding information and records a payment or a promise to pay using the available collection tools.
Recorded
Collection details include the customer, amount, payment date, mode and reference. A promise records an agreed amount and follow-up date.
Manager
Can review submitted collections and their verification status. Recording a payment does not move money or automatically confirm receipt.

D / Review

Give managers a clear view of progress.

Move from separate updates to the records your team has actually submitted.

Employee
Submits attendance, visits and the order or collection activity available to their role.
Recorded
Each workflow retains its own details and status. A saved visit, a submitted order and a verified payment are different events.
Manager
Opens or refreshes the relevant attendance, field, sales or collection view to see available submitted records. Visibility follows team scope and permissions.

Updates depend on a successful submission and the relevant view loading or refreshing. Do not assume every screen updates instantly.

E / Follow through

Review the day and prepare the next steps.

Use the activity already recorded to decide what needs attention next.

Employee
Reviews their recorded work, checks outstanding customer actions and ends the workday through the available attendance flow.
Recorded
Attendance and visit history remain available. Collection records and promises retain their own status and follow-up details.
Manager
Reviews attendance and workflow summaries, then follows up missing activity, outstanding collections or promises that need attention. Available reports depend on enabled modules.

Prepare for a useful conversation

What you need to get started.

A few clear inputs help you discuss the right setup. Agree assistance, data requirements and any integrations during your demo.

Your team provides

Company & contact
Company name, main contact, team size and the workflow you need.
People & responsibilities
Employee details, reporting managers, roles and the customers each person should cover.
Business records
Customer records and, where relevant, products and outstanding information for your selected workflow.

SalesTOS helps configure

Package & scope
Discuss the available package features and the modules your team requires.
Workspace & access
Review company setup, roles, reporting relationships and customer ownership for the agreed rollout.

Practical questions

Before your team starts.

What happens after I schedule a demo?

Your request records your contact details, company, team size, preferred demo time and workflow needs. SalesTOS can then discuss your setup. Submitting the form does not create a workspace or employee accounts.

What do employees need to use SalesTOS?

Employees need an active account in your company workspace and the employee app used for your rollout. The field app supports Android; location permission is needed for location-based attendance and visits. Confirm device and access requirements during setup.

How are people and customer records added?

An authorised administrator creates employee accounts and configures roles and reporting relationships. Customer records and ownership must be set up for your business; customer-data import requirements should be reviewed using your source files. A demo request does not import data automatically.

What can a manager see?

Managers see the attendance, visits and other records their permissions and team scope allow. Order, collection and follow-up views also depend on the enabled modules. A manager does not automatically have access to every employee or customer.

Does the package change the daily workflow?

Yes. Field, Sales, Collection and All-in-One serve different workflows. The current package catalogue below and the pricing comparison show the published features. Account roles and enabled modules also control the screens available to each user.

Does recording a collection verify that the payment arrived?

No. Recording stores the amount, payment details and reference for review. Payment verification and any connected accounting updates are separate steps. Check the recorded status before treating a payment as confirmed.
